LOL! Well stop feeling guilty for working! It's the best thing you can do as far as I'm concerned! (Not that that matters at all haha)
My nan always tells a story about one day when she picked me up from school when I was about 6 and I asked her VERY LOUDLY as six year olds do "WHY IS EVERYONE ELSES MUM SO LAZY NAN WHY DON'T THEY GO TO WORK TO EARN MONEY" and then followed that up with "THEY MUST HAVE TO EAT BROWN SAUCE ON TOAST BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO POOR"No idea why I assumed that was what poor people ate :rotfl: I can't remember saying it!
xx
Hahahaha :rotfl::rotfl:
That reminds me of something similar I did around the same age. I was in the doctors surgery with my Mum, when I asked her (again very loudly) 'Mummy, why is that woman so fat?' (I think I pointed at her too! :eek:). My Mum 'She's not fat Euro, she's pregnant.'(My Mum was trying to be polite). Me 'But Mummy, you told me never to lie. That woman is fat.' We were then called into the doctors office. My Mum has never been so glad to see the doctor in her life!! :rotfl::rotfl:
Thankfully, I've learned to be more tactful and less judgemental since then! since then! I can remember saying it too, and being utterly shocked that my Mum would lie to me! :rotfl:February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
