London Andy Sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my Mum at the age of 15 - nearly 24 years ago now. You don't really get over it, but you learn to live with it - if that makes sense? Big hugs to you.:grouphug:

Well done to pippo who has weighed in - anyone else?

    I have lost 2lbs :T

I am really pleased but I think it should have been more. I have been doing Shred since Monday night which is really working but last night I had a works outing and the pub we went to had really carp choices but a lush pudding!!

I wish I had gone for chips now!!

I keep thinking if it had been tonight I could have pigged out :rotfl:

    Anyway back to Shred tonight
