Morning all,
Im after a bit of advice. I bought something off ebay and it has just arrived today, its obviously been damaged in transit. Should the seller be refunding me or do I just accept that I have lost money? I dont really go on ebay much so dont know what the general rules are for something like this?
Pad for me is £1.43 to HSBC CC please
Inform the seller. They should be able to start a compensation claim with the courier.0 -

Totally agree with FF, I am an ebay seller and if something gets lost or damaged in the post, I take it up with Royal Mail myself and refund the buyer (or send a replacement). I don't expect the buyer to have to sort it out.DFW Nerd no. 108LBM: Jan 2010 DFD: June 2014 - 27.1% paid off so farWeight loss (started 12/05/2012) = 37lbs/109lbs0 -

I collected my bridesmaid dress today and it's too big, which means I have to pay for alterations. Decided to go to shop where it came from (near blackpool:eek:) and try on smaller one in case... which completely screws up my budget plan for this month... was going to pay £200 off my car but now need some of this for alterations and was collecting some of it from friends at home. I could have gone under the 9k mark this month.:( Maybe I should hope that the smaller size fits and then I don't need to pay for alterations!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16
