    I think that when you're sending things like that, which are known to be fragile, you have a responsibility as a seller to make sure it is packaged well...get your money back!


    I agree, OH commented on it before I had even opened it. It wasnt in the orginal box - which was stated in the auction - but it had only been wrapped in one piece of bubble wrap and then a sheet of brown paper, so not surprised its broken.

    Will email them and let you know how I get on!
