All PADs are good, big or small !!
:j:j
Tough. You'll have to wait till I'm good and ready.
I've not been PADing as much as I used to. I found that I was PADing a fair bit then, when tax bill time came along, I was having to borrow some of it back. This time I'm putting money away in a separate account to hopefully cover the tax when it becomes due.0 -
Afternoon everyone,
I am hanging my head in shame and asking if I can come back and join you all
Some of you may remember me, OH and I paid off the last of our debt last December then saved up to move into our rented house. To cut a long story short after living in our house for only a month I was told either to dramatically reduce my hours at working or risk being made redundant - talk about timing!! So we have done what we do best and buried our heads in the sand for a few months but really need to get back on top of things before they get any worse again!!!
We have currently run up about £900 on the credit card to subsidise some of the loss of income. I am desperatly looking for a new job but so far no luck.
Anyway enough of the rambling - will go and update my sig now!!
Hi Flower,
I'm always happy to welcome you back! :T
I hope you're feeling alot better than you were the last time you stopped posting?
£900 is nothing compared to what it could be so don't go getting yourself all upset about it :A

Well Andy Pandy, all I could scrape together was another £200.00 I'm afraid!
Once it's cleared onto my card there will only be £500 left, OH gets paid twice next month so, hopefully, if nothing goes wrong between now and then, it'll be gone by the end of October!!
On a slightly more sombre note, I got my loan statement in today. I took it out to upgrade my wheels as we needed something bigger when we were expecting DS. The outstanding loan was added onto the new loan which came to approximately £9k with £2ish of interest()
I've been paying it for 2 years now and there's still over £7k left. I'm guttedI knew there would still be quite alot left but seeing it in black and white was a bit of a downer!
