Hey everyone
Thanks for all the congratulations, no Boysma, no date set yet but I went around breaking the news to family today and my mum is pretty excited, probably more so than me... and my bloke (can't bring myself to say fiance, isn't that a horrible word lol - reminds me of a disease!:eek:) doesn't really want a long engagement so I guess I'm gonna have to perk myself up and start planning things!
I think I'll just find out what everyone else would enjoy and do that, I'm not really that bothered about weddings to be honest so I might as well make everybody else happy because I'll enjoy whatever as long as I don't have to be centre of attention!I am kinda dreading the kiss bit - I don't do PDA's!
Mary - yep I think he must have took the hit apparently he was thinking of doing it on the London Eye but we were watching telly the other week and I was ranting on about how boring and unoriginal it was to propose on the London Eye and only pathetic men would do that:rotfl: so he had a rethink! Picked the best possible place though lol!
I can't remember if I padded today so I'm putting another £1 in the pot just in case. Looking pretty skint at the moment and it's too long till payday, especially now I have to save as well as pay debts... not really sure how to do it to be honest.
What do you guys reckon? Should I keep on plugging at the debts and wait to save till they are paid off? Should be January time? Or should I pad some to a savings thing for some sort of wedding... I have no idea!
Flyin, I saw your photo on FB the place you stayed looked gorgeous! You are doing really well with your debts so I don't think you should begrudge yourself the money spent, 10 years is well worth it!
xxThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...0 -

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Bless him!!
I think if you want to get married then compromise and save half of your pads towards a wedding and pay half to debts? Just depends entirely what you would prefer to do..... I'm impatient so I'd probably stuff the debt and save for the wedding as quickly as possible!! xBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16
