Supplier of bulk (used) phones?

I am looking for a UK based supplier of used or refurbished mobile phones (who could fulfill an order of upto 250 handsets) - can anyone point me in the right direction?!

Alternatively (and much more slowly!) - who are the retailers of second hand phones?

Expansys.com now have an Outlet section on their site selling B-Grade handsets. Although I wouldn't personally buy at their prices...they seem a bit on the high side for refurbs.
