I pre-ordered an Xbox (the new sexy one) from Play.com.
Disptahced Play.com on 13th July. Been tracking it..... HDL states that its been at their deposit since 15th July....... I have to wait until the 4th before I can say to play it hasn't been delivered. Will be asking for a full refund.0 -
This is what I do not understand - why are you calling HDN? If they haven't left a card, then your contract is with Amazon - so you should have rung Amazon - let them deal with it.

Seconded! Your singing my tune! ALWAYS contact the retailer, NOT the courier.
As I have said in another post, HDNL will be transferring their Amazon traffic over to the DHL side of the business. This is being done mainly to take advantage of DHL's home-based couriers who can deliver their parcels upto 9pm and for less money than conventional couriers, and with a higher success rate.0 -
we have stuff delivered with them and only ever had 1 problem, a new playstation 3 went "missing"0
