1899.com - How to contact?

How are you dialling? Using the 1899 prefix (from a BT line) or using the 08081708708 gateway number? The calls are always to Australia, New Zealand or the States.
In particular it has been the calls to NZ which are being over charged - website says one thing, voice before it connects you says another and the charges are another price yet again!
Has happened on most calls.
Calls to NZ are 4p connection + 2p/minute via the prefix but 4p connection + 3p/minute via the gateway number.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Hi i was overcharged by 18185 not by alot but i to was unable to contact them, i believe 1899 18866 and 18185 are all part of the same group. I am taking the loss because it was under £1 but would like contact details of all of these companies.

BUMP!
Still no contact number, I have been looking for one for about a fortnight - and nothing on this thread for 5 years. I guess it does not exist. Maybe I'll email OFCOM and report back here with any successes...
By the by, I find the service simple, company's prices are great, just that as my DD failed (no money 'fraid!), I cannot use same details again. I have no other way to pay bill, so am stuck with BT for now...0 -
Can you not log in to your account and change your payment details?BUMP!
