At least you've had a response. I've heard nowt. Just keep your eye on it. Its bound to magically appear back in stock when they think that we've all forgotten about it.

I have now queried this as no explanation has been given and I certainly didnt cancel it. See what happens now?

Yep me too...sent them a snot-o-gram

I challenged their statement that they have to most up to date catalogue...as i have had 100% failure with them so far......unlike btter companies such as play.com

wont be using hmv again.......not even for the non existent bargain

I pressed HMV after they cancelled our order and suggested that the Trading Standards Office would be interested to know what had happened. They've just emailed:-

"Due to a combination of a technical website error on our part and the discontinuation by the manufacturer of the title , we are no longer able to offer these titles.

I can appreciate your disappointment in this matter but as the website states on the terms and conditions pages:

b. HMV are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our web site."

We were never going to win this one, were we?!
