When Migrating from 1 broadband ISP to another do i need to
cancel my with my original provider or is this automatically done from the new provider ??

wait until your migration is complete, before even asking your old provider if your account is cancelled, incase they cancel it, and you'll have to start from scratch
generaly, your account does get closed - but i would advise you to check.... saves hassle in the end0
