Outside the UK it is referred to as the English Premier League or EPL by all English language broadcasters. Why? Because IMG, who provide the pictures to every country outside the UK, as well the English language commentators: Martin Tyler, Ian Darke etc. refer to the League in this way.

The grey market to watch live EPL football for the last four years has been my choice, and the choice of many others. This year my foot broadcasts will come from Bulgaria and cost me less than £100, including 3pm kick offs.
Any more info on this "Grey Market" because I am interested.0 -

Hi All,
just a quick note, on 21st July 2010 - I saved £2.50 per month on my internet bill by taking up a sky offer if you have sky talk (which I did anyway) and then on 25th July I, like you guys, received an email telling me my Sky TV is going up by £2.50 per month. Very sly and underhand tatics by BskyB.
Have sent an email off to jeremy.darroch@bskyb.com CEO of BskyB stating that his company has given with 1 hand and taken with the other.
Will let you know his response (obviously if won't come from him)0 -

After getting the notice of the price increase I contacted sky to cancel and was offered a 25% discount for 12 months if I agreed to stay with them for another 12 months, I wasn't really going to cancel was just trying my luck

I took out a package in May this year, i pay £20.50, I get all channels except the movies. This deal was for a year, i have purposely kept this letter they sent me telling me that this deal is for 1 year, just incase they decide to increase my price plan too. will be stright on the phone telling them to either take any increase off or cancel my 1 year deal. All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0
