Curry Queen's Whole chuck in a crock

I have just prepared this and put it in the slow cooker! Im excited!

Has anyone done it before?> How does it come out?

I don't know what it is, but it sounds good. I love meals that cook in one pot, anything that makes life easier.

I've tried Curry Queen's whole chicken in a SC - and it was delish!! From memory I think you place some sliced onions on the base of the SC, chuck in some garlic cloves and a glass of white wine, rub paprika over the chicken to give it that "browned" looked and cook it in the SC on low for about 6 hours. The liquid that is left makes a gorgeous gravy

CurryQueens slow cooker roast chicken is to die for. It's really nice and a firm favourite in my place.
