I've tried Curry Queen's whole chicken in a SC - and it was delish!! From memory I think you place some sliced onions on the base of the SC, chuck in some garlic cloves and a glass of white wine, rub paprika over the chicken to give it that "browned" looked and cook it in the SC on low for about 6 hours. The liquid that is left makes a gorgeous gravySquares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)0

CurryQueens slow cooker roast chicken is to die for. It's really nice and a firm favourite in my place.
