can i be charged 2 management fees?

hopefully a quick one. we've had an ongoing dispute in that our lease states a 9 way split and they keep charging on a 6 way split.
They've now agreed to reinvoice on the 6 way split but an extra management charge of over £1000 has appeared. They are claiming that the other 3 properties had a seperate management company and we have to pay a split of it.
The main lease is for all 9 properties, surely if someone has created a sub lease for the 3 other properties any management fee in question goes straight to them?
