Abuse Triangles

Why does everyone have Abuse Triangles? I seem to be the only one without it. Should I have one? How do I get one? Help!!! (Sorry, I'm really thick when it comes to technical!)

    I'd usually ask a question like that. I can see the triangle, and everyone else. It just we can't see our own ;)
