Going on holiday
I use an iPhone4 and it's on contract. I'm heading to the U.S for two weeks in a few days time, just wondering what you would recommend me turning off so I don't get a huge bill when i return home?
Data roaming or something?
Any help with this would be great. Thanks!

Get a local sim over there, much, much cheaper than risking the iphone doing its on thing. . .0

I'll probably just keep the phone off as in 'Airplane Mode' and will only use it if I need to.0

The local sim is the way to go but it's important to check that the handset is unlocked.
Another thing is that locals sims might be regular rather than micro sims so best to pack a sim cutter (cost about £20).0
