Cash ISAs - Which one for me??!!

I'm trying to save for a deposit for a mortgage and want to maximise my investments, therefor I would like to go down the ISA route but don't know which one.
I have around £1.5k to invest initially with around £400-£500 per month for 24 ish months. I would like instant access but if I'm penalised with a rubbish rate for this I can go without.
Please help as I'm desparate to get on the housing ladder and living in Devon I'm really up against it.
Thanks in anticipation for your help.

Putting all your money in a Cash Isa will not necessarily maximise interest. The Santander First home Saver pays 5% on a lump sum of up to £5,000 and £300 per month. (Only available to first time buyers under 35 and you have to put up with a mortgage interview when you take your money out). The 4% net interest rate for basic taxpayers will be better than you can get from a cash ISA unless you tie your money in for several years.0
