    Before putting an offer in, the buyer may want to meet the seller. The Agent is no good for this.

    At some stage in buying I would want to meet the seller.

    Horses for courses I guess, I would never try to make a special point of meeting my sellers and wouldn't be happy if my buyers wanted to meet me; it's the house they're interested in not a relationship with me! :D
