It's entirely up to you - but the number of recent reviews about service when it comes to claiming are a concern. As well as we know they use Albany - and encourage their customers to go through Albany! (And you have to agree to them using recycled parts to repair your car if it's over 3 years old - not a lot of people know that)
Well, I've never used their approved repairers (insisted on a specialist which was agreed) or been asked to go through Albany. I have access to several other cars so never needed hire cars or courtesy cars.
I know how insurance works, and what I'm entitled to, so have never had any problems with them.
If you don't understand what you're buying you shouldn't really complain when it's not what you think it is.I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care
