Cheapest SIM only for an HTC Desire?

I might be able to get hold of an unlocked HTC Desire in the coming weeks, but it is only worth getting if I get a value for money SIM only deal.
Generally I don't use a lot of minutes, moderate texts but have known to be fairly heavy on net useage (within fair useage policies normally).
Most cheap SIMS I've seen offer 300mins, unlimited texts but only 500Mb internet.
Anyone know of any good deals out there at the moment, would like to get it for £15 a month or less, duration of contract is not a big issue.
I currently use Virgin Media for TV/Cable/landline and might be able to get a deal with them but unsure if Virgin piggy-back a network suitable for the Desires connection rates.
Any help greatly appreciated!

Once I get my phone unlocked, I will be using them. Cheap and truly unlimited (no tethering/commercial use though) internet, which is useful as on data intensive phones like the HTC Desire, the last thing you want to worry about is your data usage.0
