I'm trying to reduce outgoings and dont need a landline, does anyone know whether there is a company offering just a broadband and TV package?

If you are in a cable area, you may find a broadband and TV deal.
Otherwise, you'll need to look at mobile broadband, but read threads on here carefully about signal strengths and what happens if you exceed your data allowance (varies between providers)
TopUpTV is an option of you have a freeview signal and you only want Sky Sports 1,2, and ESPN.0
