New employee information about the &More card deal

As an employee of M&S I also got this letter
It says I will get 9.9% APR , 0% on all my shopping for 1 year and 3.9% p.a for life on balance transfers!0 -
BusinessStudent, the 9.9% refers to balances that are already on the card. For example, if you owed £500 on a card (and weren't going to pay it off in full before the due date), instead being charged at the standard rate which is 16.9% then they are going to reduce the rate to 9.9%.
Any M&S employee that is also a MSE-er would balance transfer off that £500 to another card or pay it off if they could afford it, then they would be able to fully take advantage of 3.9% on balance transfers for life or 0% on purchases for a year.:)0
