    Having problem finding an email address to contact their director at! So frustrating! Might be worth going to the local paper!

    Oh no so awful, id be gutted too, that isnt half a shambles
    what a let down, people look so forward to these concerts & its pathetic they offered Glasgow winner an alternative in London
    if thats the case it should inc. expenses
    i hpe everyone gets something fabby as a replacement though right now that doesnt help.
    feel it for the peeps who wont know till they get there

    So sorry, everyone, what a huge disappointment - and then for the sponsor to stress they won't pay any other costs if you accept the London tickets:mad:

    I hope you get some satisfaction from the company - and more so the folk who will probably be on here later having been put through the embarrassment of being refused tickets:mad: (never used the angry smiley twice in one post before:eek:)

    i spoke to a lovely man on the news desk at the Daily Record, he couldn't get tickets so was feeling my pain, he was full of apologies that he didn't have Rod's number for me too.....he cheered me up:)
    4 children = no matching socks:)
