OMG just got in from work and got my e-mail, that is ridiculous, my mother and father-in-law are on there way and I can't get hold of them to tell them it's all off!

I am so glad i checked my e-mails, or i would have just went to secc, i am so angry have sent e-mail to them, what good is ticket for london, and would same happen too risky i think. I saw him on friday and he was fantastic, but was sooooooooooooooo looking forward to tonight.

omg, this is absolutely terrible, I am so sorry for all the people who are missing out here, especially the ones who are on their way & wont know until they get there, I hope you all get some decent compensation xx

email here too,! i was just about to leave to collect mil from her work, she is devastated. !! i'm lucky i stay 15 mins from secc, but think of the poor people who are travelling there, do you think they gave away 50 pairs instead of 5 pairs.

can we complain to watchdog. ?

After having no luck emailing AEG with the email address they sent to us My Dad's going to find someone high up in AEG UK and complain.

I know its no help at all but I just wanted to say how sorry I am to hear this has happened to you all. This comping hobby is about lovely surprises and its terrible for you to be let down. Big hugs to all of you x

I tried too but it's a no reply email address, had a look on their website but can't find a way to email there either.
