Can't get extra emoticons to load

Don't know if it's just me, but since the weekend, when I click on [more] under the emoticons panel, my screen sort of flickers but I don't get the page loading, so I can't use the extra ones in my posts.
Please could someone techie test it out, and if it is me, let me know so I can see what I can tweak? Many thanks.

:dance: Not that I'm showing off ! I'm not techie...at all but I had a similar problem a while back and it was that my pop-up blocker was blocking the smilies-how very dare they ! You can look at recently blocked pop-ups and then click on always enable pop-ups from money saving expert. Well its wortha try, whats MSE without smilies
