Almost prepared to bet that is no longer the case! the one nearest work is mornings only, even during the week ... If a card is ever left about something which needs picking up (eg on a Saturday), it's usually delivered too late to get there in time!
you would lose that betRM are extending their hours
even my little local one which is only open 3 hours on a Saturday is open 6am to 8pm on a Wednesday
my old office is a big office and runs RM's more modern practices (good & bad!)
the reason for the shorter hours is purely staffing
staff doing the 'door' generally do other duties in the mornings.
to keep the door open longer requires more staffing and therefore higher wages0 -
I did say 'almost', and thank goodness they ARE increasing hours! This delivery office I'm talking about with the ridiculously short opening hours must serve a large number of businesses, unlike the one near home, which I'd say would be more 'residential' but still difficult to get there during working hours.Signature removed for peace of mind0
