Cheapest HTC Desire contract straight from the network's website?

So excluding all these sites like e2save, mobilephonesdirect etc. (except carphone warehouse) which is the cheapest?
I wanted £25/month but the cheapest I can find is £30 with T-mobile.
It has to come with internet! Preferably unlimited!
