Looking for Low usage service - NON LLU

I was asked by my neigbour about broadband access.

She will be a very low usage account

Her telephone is with Talk Talk, but they want £18 a month to add broadband as the exchange is non LLU

Are there are low usage accounts around, for non LLU exchanges?

We are not in ANY opperators mobile 3g coverage, so that is not an option either

low usage i would say newnet or plus net would be worht looking into plusnet will more than likely be cheaper but i know from person experience that newnet are a great ISP (although now on Sky unlimited)

Around 80% of homes can get Plusnet Value for £6.49 a month, making it the UK's cheapest stand alone broadband. If your home's not in that 80%, it's £6.49 a month for three months, then £12.99 a month after that. A 10 gig a month allowance with unlimmited overnight downloads.

The Phone Co-op offer upto 8Meg speed broadband with 1GB download limit for £11.99/month (free set up)
Names.co.uk offer 512k speed broadband for £10.95/month (£35 set up)

All of the above are likely to be suitable for a very low user and applicable to non-LLU areas. Line rental can remain with non-LLU TalkTalk.
