Do I have grounds for breaking out of contract?

Just to finalise this post, I spent nearly all Sat morning in the Three shop last year.

After some suggestions from the shops, we rang customer services from the shop and finally after much negotiating, persuaded them to change my LG fone for a Nokia and a small sum of money.

Eventually I decided to buy a sim free HTC wildfire and am delighted with it.

My existing contract with Three expires this Xmas and I'll probably terminate it.
