Steady now he'll be back from his paper round soon. Don't want to upset the young man now do we.

You spoke too soon. He's back, complete with this stupid statement:-

Debt collectors mean the situation has become serious. You really ought to pay now.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

We are so interesting on here he rushed. I wonder if he missed Mrs Smith in Arcadia Avenue like he did last week. She "fined" him for that and will be getting the debt collectors in.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

This parking notice is entirely enforceable.

Aside from the armchair lawyer claptrap, if you did exceed the allotted time, then decency demands that you settle this charge, out of respect both for the landowner and the great British motoring tradition.

    Tosh. Piffle. Sour Grapes.

And a clear sign of desperation.
The forum should recognise this as a ringing valediction that we are correct.

'Enforcer' - really. far too much Hollywood, not enough reality.
