does anyone know whether the "Unlimited Browsing Pass" £2 weekly charge can be deducted from the "free credit"?

I mean when you top up £10, they will triple your credit to £30. Does the weekly £2 comes from the £30 or the "true" credit £10?
Spend smart, and save more.
