I unloaded and reloaded the DW, hung out some washing, put the tablecloth and some swimming towels in the WM, put out a new tablecloth, tidied the units, dusted in the sittingroom (a bit of a S&S), S&Sed the appliances in the kitchen, cleaned the kettle and coffee machine and put out some recycling. Woooo!
Am going to wash the kitchen floor and change the bathmats (again - the foreign visitors keep spilling stuff on them) and then watch Masterchef on catchup whilst I iron.“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”

Tiler here and it shouldn't be too much longer and they should be finished. Then it will be re-clean the kitchen. :rotfl:
I'm not sure what i think of the tiles but i suppose they'll grow on me.

Have been to work and flown in my 2-day-a-week classroom *fling*fling*fling*
furniture resized (a OH brought in specially) and rearranged. We now actually have a lovely reading corner...
we're sort of half way through; cupboards have been gone through, vacuuming, dusting and mopping down done.
And I am planning a midweek trip up Penpenland to visit my friend;) since I have a bit more free time.
