Am starting to feel a little better now that I have culled a lot of my FB and that I'm not on here as much...I now don't feel the pressure nor does it take as long...I will still be popping by and posting sometimes but at other times will have just read and run but you'll know as I do press your thanks buttons as I'm reading.
I will also update my weight loss sig each week so you'll know where I'm up to.

There is no point me starting another diary though as I haven't anything interesting going on...
