Today has been been spent quite lazily...done the subs cheque for the office and whilst out doing that popped to home bargains for new files for the accounts plus envelopes and whilst there picked up 2 boxes of Atora herby dumpling mix for a bargainous 25p each.
Washer and dryer are both on and have another couple of wash loads to do.
Am just cooking tea basa fillets in lemon and herb tempura batter, new potatoes, peas and sweetcorn ..also threw a couple of mushrooms, tomatoes and half a red pepper in the oven tray with them..bit random but need using.
Have just peeled and chopped a bag of carrots and put those in a pan of water ready for tomorrows tea and have took some lean casserole steak out of the freezer which I will put in the slow cooker later with some more peppers etc that need using...so will be stew and dumplings tomorrow.
When DH goes to work later I will hoover downstairs and polish and then find the paperwork for the Zafira for when I get the details tomorrow of the new car so that I can sort the insurance ready for picking the new car up..am getting very excited.0 -
