    Am so tired tonight...went to town with DD2 and paid another £450 off the holiday...had a wander around and had lunch at subway and bought a new toilet seat...I know how to live...LOL...then managed to get an appointment for specsaversso had an hour to spare so we had coffee in Starbucks.
    My eyes have changed a lot since last time....my long distance only a bit but now I also need a strong prescription for reading...they wanted me to get varifocals but didn't fancy them.So I have ordered 4 seperate pairs....as they are buy one get one free...one for reading,one sun glasses for distance, and 2 normal distance ones...so £250 spent.
    It would've cost loads more than that for 2 pairs of varifocals.
    Also treated DD2 to one of those all in one sleepsuit things from Primark.
    Came home and DD1,boyfriend and both grandkids came for an hour or so.She has at last after 9 months managed to get a school place nearer home for JJ...it's a 10 min walk away rather than 5 miles away...she got the letter from the school this morning so will phone them monday...so good news there.

    ours has been needing replaced for ages as it had snapped at the hinges...so thought it was about time.
