    Hi everyone..where to start...mmm

Lost 2lbs at WWs this week so only 11st left to lose.

Have been out for a Thai banquet today with DH as he's at work tomorrow.
DDs and their friends are taking me out tomorrow night to a cabaret place.

Received my cheque from yougov for £50 this morning
Got a letter this morning saying that I've been referred to pain clininc and to wait for a questionairre. When I get it I need to send it back within 10 days and then I'll be passed onto the right specialist. So heres hoping the questionairree arrives soon.

Am not taking anything for the pain at the moment..still don't feel right from the other day.It is tiring at the moment though.I really need to get into the habit of sleeping at night so that I can get up and get things done.

Haven't done a single thing off my list yet but will start tomorrow.

Think that's everything...hope everyone else is ok.

Apart from the pain (a biggie, I'm sure you'll agree!), everything else seems to be going pretty well with you. :)

Keep it up, but be nice to yourself. xxx

The banquet was lovely ..we had the seafood one and I didn't eat much rice so think it was pretty healthy.
I love noodles tossed in a little sesame oil...very tasty

A lot of oriental food is really tasty and healthy. I think we could learn a lot...and boy, would I quite happily eat it until the cows come home! :D

Thai food is my absolute favourite..the only calorific things were the starters..so hopefully will still lose weight next week.Am out for a few vodkas tomorrow night with two of my daughters and their friends...bless they are all treating me for my birthday.
  • Well done on another successful week at WW then Taxi - just think if you're losing this well just eating healthily and watching your portions, it's going to positively drop off you once you're physically in a position to structure in some exercise too!

:j < (Taxi doing star jumps once her pain is sorted out! :D)
