don't know what the inserts are called JO I'm afraid....I have one leg longer than the other and the podiatrist makes them for me...I just move them from one pair of shoes to another...to anyone else if they see them in my shoes they just look ,like normal insoles...I suffer in the summer as I wear sandals but in winter wear trainers, boots or shoes.0

Sounds like the retail therapy and a bit of fresh air did you the world of good. Take it easy of the ww. The steroids make you blow up rather than just that you have been "lazy". Its not many more weeks before the chemo is done so might be worth getting the ideas together for once it is finished.
Hope today is good for you too x0 -
Yep, I wouldn't call it laziness either, Taxi - tho I *do* understand wanting to fill the space in the bin, I really do
just pace yourself.

Have had an ok day today ....
I've put another £100 in savings today and updated my sig.
Went to bank and banked takings.
Went to garage but only needed bulb.
Went to butchers and bought 4lb lean braising steak..£10 which is being batched cooked in the slow cooker shortly and whilst out went in green grocers and bought veg and bread...2 warburtons toastie loaves for 50p due to go out of date tomorrow...massive cabbage which was only 59p,toms mushrooms, bananas, lettuce, very large onion..total was only £6 ..so thought that was quite cheap.
Am going to try and do a couple of jobs in the house tonight..not too much though.
To do list
WASH POTS
PUT WASH LOAD ON
DRY WASH LOAD
HOOVER DOWNSTAIRS
PUT BRAISING STEAK AND STUFF IN SLOW COOKER
Think that will do for now0 -
all jobs done except hoovering which I'll leave untilthe morning now0
-
Morning all...hope everyone is ok.
Nothing done so far today but am just going out to do the banking and pick up a couple of bits from the shops.
Have phoned the dentist to cancel tomorrows check up as you shouldn't go to the dentist whilst on chemo...so booked one for feb as all treatment will be over by then and saved the dentists costs in the mean time.
The braising steak is smelling delicious and am looking forward to that for tea with cabbage and potatoes...yum yum
catch you al llater0 -
