Thought I'd start a new diary as the next chapter in my life beginsand the fact that my other one is very long.
I have been a member since 2006 and have eventually got debtfree on 6 july this year and am now hoping to get mortgage free as soon as possible.
Those that know me know that I'm battling breast cancer at the moment.I have had my operation and am just about to start chemotherapy followed by radiation treatment...but will give it everything I've got.
Firstly,I'd like to thank everyone that has wished me well and been through my journey with me so far..you are all wonderful xx
I feel safe and comfortable on the debtfree board so want to stay on here with all my lovely friends that have been there through thick and thin rather than go on the MFW board...
For any new people whom I haven't met yet (please feel free to post as I don't bite) the reason I discuss my cancer as well is in the hope that god forbid anyone else on here is or has to face the challenges and fears that cancer brings then I may at least be able to help/comfort you at a scary time.
Everyones support has been so wonderful on here and I don't know what I'd have done without MSE throughout my trials and tribulations of the last four years...what a wonderful resource Martin and the team came up with and all for free. You can find out about anything on here.
So a big thanks to Martin, his team and all the wonderful people of this site xxxxx

Whoop happy new diary lovely lady! i absolutely applaud your courage at being so honest and open regarding the cancer and not "hiding" it.
That courage alone will go a massive way to you beating this.
Here with you all the way, and i promise to stop lurking!!

Wow, a new Taxi diary! I didn't realise about the 4000 posts thing, I'll check my own.
Taxi, you're doing great. As we've been saying, attitude has such an effect on any illness, and your atittude is brilliant - living the good days, accepting the bad days, living your life. Good for you - and you're a role model for us all in that.
