    Hi everyone!!
hope everyone is having a good day out there!! first day back to work today and i have 7 days on this week so the start of a long and tiring one!:o Had a lovely weekend with D. went swimming and jacuzzi on saturday and dog sitting in the evening so a bit of extra funds raised there :T and then I ran, and thankfully finished the Great East Run yesterday:j

So, financially, it is getting well tight! tighter than a tight thing on a tight day in tightvile:eek: but I am doing a good job of being rational about it all and looking and planning ahead. food wise I am doing good. I have food in the cupboards plenty enough for work and home for the next 7 days atleast then I have 2 days at D's before back to live on gruel for a week:rotfl:I still have my £31 in change (make that £32 now :D) so I can fall back on that if necessary. I am asking my dog sitting friends to keep hold of my money from Saturday night so that I cant spend it. will be a nice little addition to the pot and they also want me to sit for 3 days continually at the end of the month at £50 per day!:jthat will be a nice boost and i have to say the dog sitting really does a good job of enhancing my income.
In other news, I ran the Peterborough half marathon yesterday and my goodness it was hot. I managed to make it around in just under 2 hrs 35 mins:cool: but being such a hot day I kept seeing people that had fainted in the heat. Very sadly 2 people also died one of which I saw being worked on as I ran past.:( To be honest it has hit home to me the magnitude of what I am taking on next year, the strain it will place on my body and how hard I will have to work and how fit I will need to be. Quite a sobering thought!! so, BRING IT ON!!!!:T:T
Right, am off for a nice leg loosening swim. have fun all! xxx
