thanks milann thats lovely of you to say, he was, a very special person, heart of a giant and a laugh to match. one of those rare personalities. far too good for this world sadly hence taken so early. I've just had a massive mention on our local radio station (harborough fm, have a listen in online some time peeps!
) and been invited in for an interview to tell them all about the challenges and hopefully get sponsorship!! fab!!!
I dont have a voice for radio sadly!! but hey!!

Everyone has a voice for radio - just speak a lot slower than you would normally. You don't have the looks for radio - coz you iz a babe..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

awwww z you made me blush!
thank you
Red... if only i was rich! havent had time to stop of late but having a good financial review this afternoon when i get home and then.... I sleep!
Hi milann! hi everyone else.
Well today brings another knackered day at work. I had a lovely evening out with D last night. got to telford at 1730, straight in the swimming pool for a nice swim. changed had a lovely warm nightime walk around ironbridge (I love that place) had a gorgeous thai meal at a restaurant right opposite the bridge and then back to the hotel and sleeeeeeeep!! 2300-0445 last night! a bit more than usual but i cant wait to get in this afternoon at roughly 1530 and if i want to sleep for 14 hours straight then i can do

so... i have made 2 decisions, firstly, no spend days are something i struggle with, and despite allocating my self £20 a week for spending I am spending this on trash. so therefore I dont really need to spend any necessary spends until monday morning. therefore I am going to aim for 4 no spend days in a row as of and including today.... gulp!
also, I am going to join my local weightwatchers. I cant get my weight down and i know its mainly as a result of sugary drinks although i have a very healthy vegetarian diet. so a bit of guidance and discipline to sign on and get weighed each week, along with some dietary guidance may be what i need. I will google it today and let you all know where and when i am going.
Finally I am about to have a look at, and enter, the peterborough half marathon....
wish me luck!!
lots of love a trying very hard to stay awake pancake.
debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -
good luck with WW - and if you need any help manipulating your points, then I am here for expert guidance

I'm also aiming for a NSD - had one yesterday and have pledged to do 10 this month, but the reality is I need more than that if I want to survive September, so definitely out to bags one today.....we can do this!
I can't enter Peterborough until I know what is happening ski wise, but if I am free on that date I will happily do so.....will keep you informed, although my toenails would be happy if I never ran another mile again right now

Hi P, hope you get a good sleep tonight (this afternoon?)

Re Weightwatchers - I've been using this website http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ which is free, to track food and exercise, you can add people as friends to nag, er, encourage you too - there's a few DFWers on there
Might be worth a look at before you spend money on WW? It does kinda sound like you already know where you're going wrong

Oh my days, how addictive is that site
I've heard people talk about it before, but clicked on your linky and signed up this morning. I can see it becoming a bit of an obsession. It took me an hour to decide what to have for lunch, because what I was going to have looked bad on my page. Will spend the afternoon thinking about dinner. I'm even tempted to do a bit of exercise. Unheard of
Well done on navigating Telford Pania. I'm still having nightmares from my visit to our Bun last week. All those blimmin roundabouts
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
