CS are really making me work hard for my refunds these days! They say expired SEL dont count! Got the line manager to read the Tesco promise and he gave in.

Cheltenham store, Tewkesbury rd, finest topside beef SEL 6.29kg packs priced at 7.29kg. Also Tesco's frozen cod/tuna/haddock fillets packs of 4, on offer 2 packs for £5.00, goes through at £2.98 each. Also VALUE sirloin steak SEL 9.29kg packs priced at 10.29kg, got 4 packs.
Refused R&R tesco cattle market, Gloucester on 3 packs of Dorito's told me that the barbeque flavour was not on the offer! However, did get some more finest topside beef from there!

Hi all Spotted a great one today a Motorola L6 including Bluetooth (Pay as You Go) SEL said on offer @ £69.99 and expired yesterday i.e. 17/09/06 so I took the display box and managed to find a scanner and scanned it through unfortunately price still read £69.99 one to watch maybe!

Whilst at CS desk today, saw someone getting a refund on Brother Bear 2 DVD. She'd been charged more than the £13odd she remembered seeing on the shelf.

Just been to Evesham store & noticed SEL for finest topside beef 6.29kg but packs priced at 7.29kg.
Picked up 2, went through checkout & was charged price on pack. Queried this at CS & after the supervisor checking SEL was told: ' It's not for the item you've bought. It does say Tesco Finest TS beef joint & is reduced from £7.29 on SEL, but it's for another item. I expect another customer put it there!'
I disagreed as there were about 10 joints like I'd picked up behind the SEL & no other 'Finest beef joints' near it. The price control supervisor was called, then the butchery manager & then the supervisor worked out what joints would have cost at £6.29 kg & went to refund me the difference. I pointed out their policy, but she said 'Oh no, IF it had been marked correctly that's what you would have paid less than you actually were charged, so I'll just refund the difference.' 'IF it had been I wouldn't be asking for a refund & replace as per your policy' was my reply & the price control supervisor muttered 'Let her have it' & I was refunded £16.87 very grudingly.
My first time, but stuck to my guns thanks to reading this site!

Charged £5.97 and Sticker £5.97 but SEL is £4.97 and states book 1 and 2.
Book 1 (Orange) goes through at £5.97 book 2 (Green) is correct at £4.97 but check at your store!

popped my cherry today, been looking for a misprice in my local for ages and never nothing.

picked this up stickered 8.97 SEL 12.97 went through at 12.97.

full R&R without even asking:D

home and entertainment guy was rung and told to check all stock of this.

btw this was the new release with white cover.

was taking a chance on this though as the scanner never works in my local.
