More Healthy Living 500g mince SEL £1.93 Pack price £2.24
Karin Slaughter Tryptych as before.
The CS took the SEL for the mince and took all the books off. I felt quite sorry for him as he came staggering back to the CS desk with a pile of hardback books.
R&R no problem.
They also had fresh tuna steaks SEL £11.35, pack £11.85.
Didn't buy any as I've already got a load in my freezer.

Yet more mince. Everything else looked Ok. Neither scanner was working so couldn't check the prices on books and CDs.

2x Organic lean minced beef SEL 1.99 charged 2.64

Hello all went in for a shop today bought some Scottish Premium Mince 800g...
SEL said 2.29 ish per pack ...but Pack had 2.72 per pack.
Also theres a selection of cakes which are Battenburg and Choc Chip Cake were BOGOF 1.09 each but didnt make the deduction .

My first R&R that I have found myself (I think anyway - have searched but cant see it).

Saw a Tesco active (I think it was called) Pogo Stick SEL said £1.98 scanned as £7.98 R&R'd no problem.

Had an idea it was wrong as it seemed quite cheap. My two nephews who were with me had been warned that if they dared say anything as we went through the tills - there would be BIG trouble.

They walked out as cool as anything when they realised they had got it for nothing!!:T

Got the white psp and gotw (Tekken) yesterday, the £10 discount didn't come off. Stood at CS for almost 30 minutes, was initially offered the £10 cash, then the game for free, stood my ground and didn't get give in. a manager wouldn't back down and said he would take the matter up with HO in the morning, I said I would call too.

Just got off the phone with HO, the lady first said that she can't overturn a decision made by store management, however when I pointed out that Tesco's can't simply promise a customer a "gift" in the unlikely event of an overcharge, then not follow through and make good on this promise. She said she would take it up with the stores' senior management and they would get back to me in due course with their decision.

Any idea what I can expect?

Unintentional misprice today. Just got back from Fleetsbridge, Poole. They had a small yellow sign advertising that you could get the Scissor Sisters "Ta Da" for £6.97 if bought with any other Chart CD or DVD. Picked up Spiderman which was £3.93 - guess what, the discount didn't come off. CS tried to fob me off with £2.80 (the difference) but had a short argument when she caved in and gave me a full refund. Result!
