And I got one - or something very similar. If you dial 9 you get connected to a real person who tries to sell you a holiday. Or 20,000 volts surges through your telephone, killing you instantly and leaving no trace except for a small pile of ash. It's one or the other, I forget which.Reed0

I returned the monitor and got a new one without any failed pixels.
I still call Canada, tried again with 1899 recently and got much improved call quality.Reed0
