Do pay attention Donnie. The card I am talking about is the Pound Sterling Currency Card. Nothing identifies it as the Anyware card you are quoting. And the unauthorised charges here are on UK POS purchases, not abroad as you quote.

I think you ought to do the decent thing and delete or amend your posts claiming fraud/ripoff.

I'll pass. These charges are unauthorised. The terms and conditions (both those that I agreed a while ago and those currently on the web site for new Pound Sterling Currency Card purchases) do not include this commission charge for purchases.

    current unauthorised purchase commission charge
BTW, I now reckon FairFX have messed up in presenting the wrong set of T&Cs for the buyer to agree on the card purchase page. They present https://www.fairfx.com/terms which do not authorise these charges instead of http://www.fairfx.com/cardterms which as Donnie points out do.

Until they move us existing customers to the new set, they'll be stacking up a large amount of liability for unauthorised charges. Quite a blunder.

So tell us Chris, since you are quoting the prepaid365 page produced on the 22nd Feb, which contains only info about the ANYWHERE card, where can you show us ANY information about this mysterious Pounds Sterling card? Any link will do.

Because your link shows Transaction Fee UK - 1.5%.

You still haven't told us when you signed up.

You are lucky you have me to point out your silly mistakes, otherwise you could end up with a fair few more costs.

I think you are mistaken, Donnie:

"The Fair FX currency cards are available in EURO, USD and GBP currencies and provide users with safety, security and convenience when spending abroad."

Just look on your Cards tab. If you own a Pounds Sterling Currency Card, it will appear there.

Not for a Pounds Sterling Currency Card.

Probably because you haven't yet asked.

Maybe if you weren't posting the same nonsense on so many threads, you would have seen it here yesterday.

So I will ask you again clearly. When did you sign up? Also, please link or show us any reference to a FairFx Pounds Sterling card that is not the Anywhere card. It clearly wasn't existing on Feb 22nd according to your quoted article, hence my question of when you signed up.

I hope this is printed clearly enough for you to understand and to provide the correct information.

Untrue. For the third time: "The Fair FX currency cards are available in EURO, USD and GBP currencies and provide users with safety, security and convenience when spending abroad."

The terms and conditions are there for all to see. The 1.5% charge for all transactions is transparent and simple for all to understand.

The terms and conditions I agreed do not include a 1.5% charge. I have asked you to post the ones you agreed. Will you do so?
