Why should PAYG Orange customers pay to call customer services?
Comments

I've been with Orange for years (PAYG) yet have never had to pay for a call to CS or to top-up my balance, either using 450 from my mobile or the 0800 number from a land-line, so I'm a bit confused as to why anyone has had to pay

It also states in the booklets they send you that all calls are free!
Also, a very good tip for those that have difficulty in getting to a shop/online/no registered debit cards etc to top-up is to give one of the swipe cards to someone else that has access to a shop and ask them to top it up for you. You can register up to 5 swipe cards for each phone #
