Vodafone Mistaken Defaulted Account - HELP!

As I've said before in a couple of other posts Vodafone put a default notice on my account in 2003 and I didn't find out until last year.

I was having financial difficulties, my wife had a major operation and I had just received my call up papers (in military reserves). However I paid it up but it's still on my file. I think I have another 2 years to go.

In future when dealing with customer services and they can't get things right in a reasonable time I'm going to start sending invoices for my time.

Finding out you have a default can be very stressful.
