  • plan for today:
    1) finish 8D scheme for school (absolute last day of boring school work)
    2) clean the microwave
    3) clean the breadmaker
    4) [STRIKE]clean the outside of washing machine[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]and the drawer[/STRIKE]
    5) [STRIKE]empty off airers, folding clothes or starting a new ironing pile[/STRIKE]
    6) [STRIKE]wash the next load of baby clothes[/STRIKE] managed 2, so they are all done now, and will just need ironing - the next load will have been worn :T
    7) [STRIKE]clean kitchen window frame[/STRIKE]
    8) [STRIKE]clean kitchen windows[/STRIKE]
    9) [STRIKE]clean PVC door - inside and out[/STRIKE]
    10) [STRIKE]remind DH to put bin out[/STRIKE]
    11) [STRIKE]fold clothes from TD[/STRIKE]
    12) cook dinner, chicken stir fry
    13) [STRIKE]deal with post[/STRIKE]
    14) make sure kitchen is left tidy tonight
    15) [STRIKE]do last nights washing up[/STRIKE]

    I'll clean the microwave and BM while washing up and doing a kitchen tidy tonight. School work has slipped, and i'm tempted to leave it where it is now. After all, who will really appreciate me any more for doing it now? May do some tomorrow while waiting for the fridge guy, or i may not. Either way, i'm finished killing myself.

    Just waiting on some news about whether my dad has been kept in hospital - problem with his foot that i posted about on the daily. And i also remembered to ring my sister about other sisters birthday present, but both of them were going to the hospital with dad as mum was at work.

    I'm quite pleased with where i got to, and the housework was a nice distraction.

    Will chop some veg for dinner now, and then my nightly chill out in front of home and away, i bet the baby will come out able to hum the theme tune. ;)

    Mid morning and here I sit instead of flying . . .

    Zone work:
    Clean fridge in and out;
    Clean microwave in and [STRIKE]out[/STRIKE];
    Sweep floor;
    [STRIKE]wash tea towels and dish cloths[/STRIKE].

    Usual stuff:
    Change two beds;
    [STRIKE]Swish bathrooms[/STRIKE];
    Get kids to vacuum living areas;
    [STRIKE]Laundry[/STRIKE];
    Budget **sigh**
    Do banking;
    Exercise;
    Let DS take me for a drive somewhere.
    Laundry in and folded.

    Guess the next easiest thing to do is change the beds . . . catch you later . . .

    Have also:
    bought a new budget book - mines about to run out (I don't like using a comuter programme to do it - prefer pen and paper);
    Picked up new prescription;
    Bought a hat - promised surgeon that I would, but I DON'T LIKE WEARING HATS!
    Posted a couple more change of addresses . . .
    And will now go and update my siggie - up to $22 now :)

  • Morning everyone.

    I can't see me getting much done in the house today as it is still up in the air about whether my dad will have to go into hospital or not. He didn't get admitted yesterday because there were no beds in the area.

    Plan:
    1) fridge repaired - guy has been already, but not fixed it as we need someone else to come out and do it.
    2) go to chemist to buy multivitamins for my dad
    3) take these to my mum at work
    4) while doing that drop a bag of stuff at work so that is done.
    5) help mum meal plan
    6) check internet banking
    7) pop to supermarket
    8) transmit shop and scan
    9) 1 load through WM
    10) hang out on line
    11) kitchen tidied this evening
    12) bring bin in after its emptied
    13) clean BM
    14) tidy another box in office
    15) cross stitich.

    I definitely gave up the school work yesterday - got DH to put what i had done on a CD. They can lump it as i am supposed to be relaxed and resting. Fat chance of that entirely happening as there is always something to do and i'd get bored anyway, but at least i won't be stressing.

    FLC mission - take your pick
    1) wipe sticky fingerprints of the front of your appliances/handles in the kitchen (really yesterdays but late.
    2) sweep and then mop the floor.

    personally, i have already done number 1, and as my floor is carpeted, will get DH to run the hoover around it tomorrow.

    Take care everyone.
