    afternoon

    Have done my PTA stuff
    Been in school War cooking

    Need to go and visit Grandma with the kids in a minutes

    Getting up early has really taken it out of me so a cup of tea now I think
    The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair

  • OK - keeping it small - baby steps for me today.

    FLC mission is to scrub the taps with an old toothbrush

    1) [STRIKE]finish 7F scheme for school.[/STRIKE]
    2) see if i can get some of 8C or D done
    3) [STRIKE]deal with post[/STRIKE]
    4) [STRIKE]do last nights washing up[/STRIKE] also wiped sides, cleaned cooker top, and refilled big flour jars
    5) cook pork chops and jacket potatoes for dinner
    6) [STRIKE]one load through WM [/STRIKE]
    7) [STRIKE]sort load from WM[/STRIKE]
    8) [STRIKE]tidy paperwork from dining table[/STRIKE]
    9) move one more box of stuff in office
    10) do some of cross stitch

    hopefully that will be manageable.

    Michelle, x

    plus, as i have been on my many trips to the loo, i have taken up some empty boxes from the living room that need to go in the loft, took the baby box from landing into bathroom, took baby bath out of box and put box to go in loft pile, washed baby bath.

    I also put the next load into the WM, although i will set it off tomorrow when the stuff on airers should be dry.

    I'm feeling OK punky. thanks for thinking of me. I'm about to have a chill for a couple of hours before doing dinner.
  • A late start for me as i had a really disturbed night. I'm still sat here in my PJs and dressing gown, and 2 cups of tea have done nothing for me. :eek: I get the feeling this might be even worse once the baby is here.

    Pen-pen - how early would my little one have to be to arrive on your birthday? My mum reckons he will arrive on the 25th, as she had a gypsy go into her shop, and he said this would be a very happy day for her. (Maybe a mixed day for me ;) )

    Hi, Michelle! It'll be 5 days after my birthday, if the gypsy is right! My little sister was due on my 6th birthday, but came along 9 days late, and this has been a pattern ever since!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    You will certainly need to put your feet up after your baby's born. I remember several days where I never got around to getting dressed, let alone do much more. But just enjoy it. I'm getting very excited for you. Have you got DH to come on here an give us the details of the New Flybaby!?

    I'm sat here sorting my bank account papers. Not much energy for much else! Will be back flying on Friday, so see you all then!

    Penny. x

    Morning Flybabes,

    Going Oh so OT but DS1 has now turned into Kevin the Teenager (two years early)

    After Mrs Fly and him had big falling out, him and me 'had words' this morning. I may have to take a day out from flapping (see - cunningly getting back ON topic :D ), to have words/just spend time with.

    will do my taps tonight (didn't last night :o )
    I should do something in the bathroom as its my 'zone of the week', so I'll do the shower screen and the bath edge

    Better WM and TD some shirts, too

    Happy flapping

    Haven't done at all well today. Ended up staying late at work and came home with a terrible headache. Ended up having takeaways for dinner - there goes my budget for the week.

    Zone work:
    Clean fridge in and out;
    Clean microwave in and out;
    Sweep floor;
    [STRIKE]Sanitize [/STRIKE]and wash tea towels and dish cloths.

    Usual stuff:
    Change two beds;
    Swish bathrooms;
    Get kids to vacuum living areas;
    [STRIKE]Laundry[/STRIKE];
    [STRIKE]Work[/STRIKE];
    Exercise (walk to work ) . . .

    so tomorrow looks like this . . .

    Zone work:
    Clean fridge in and out;
    Clean microwave in and out;
    Sweep floor;
    wash tea towels and dish cloths.

    Usual stuff
    :
    Change two beds;
    Swish bathrooms;
    Get kids to vacuum living areas;
    Laundry;
    Budget **sigh**
    Do banking;
    Exercise;
    Let DS take me for a drive somewhere :)
