I don't shop in Next but coincidentally I saw a Next label on an item in a charity shop immediately after seeing your label and I thought it looked a lot like it actually. Silvery grey with the size sewn underneath, I bow to the other's superior knowledge in these things, but could it possibly be an old style label?

Not unless it's an old one. The current RH labels aren't rectangular (more like a trapezium) and aren't as thick (height wise).

I was just comparing to a few v. old (7-8 years) tops of theirs I have, the font on the '16' is identical. The colour on above tag is the same as OP's too. I've no idea if they've ever had that shape though.
