I don't shop in Next but coincidentally I saw a Next label on an item in a charity shop immediately after seeing your label and I thought it looked a lot like it actually. Silvery grey with the size sewn underneath, I bow to the other's superior knowledge in these things, but could it possibly be an old style label?0

I was just comparing to a few v. old (7-8 years) tops of theirs I have, the font on the '16' is identical. The colour on above tag is the same as OP's too. I've no idea if they've ever had that shape though.:www: :: MFi3 ::
