osps faulty phone

Got a SE K750i from OSPS on which the camera won't take still pictures (but strangely enough will take video!), phones them up after 2 days for a replacement and was promised one, That was a month ago. Everytime I ring their CS they say "your model is not in stock, someone will phone you within 48 hours with a list of alternatives". but no calls come. I'm using up my inclusive monthly minutes just ringing their CS line usually it's between 5-10 mins a call, when I can get thro', which is usually 9am when they open. Has anyone got any tips or suggestions how I can get some action from them? Luckily everything else works bar the camera taking stills.
